Pine Shutterboard

Pine Shutterboard, like Shutterply, uses C/C grade pine veneer faces laminated to a pine timber core using exterior (PF) resin. Due to its construction, Shutterboard offers more strength across its length than it does across its width.   Like Shutterply, Pine Shutterboard is used predominantly for concrete formwork in the construction industry.

Pine Blockboard

Pine Blockboard uses the same construction method as Shutterboard, with the only difference being the grade of face veneer and resin.   As Blockboard is used primarily for internal furniture and fittings, an interior (UF) resin is used with the face veneer requiring an appearance grade of either B/B or B/C. It is commonly used in the manufacture of furniture and shelving components where strength is required.
